The clothes bought in promotion cannot be changed or returned.
1) You can make changes or returns of products for the reasons and within the periods indicated below:
Changes for reasons attributable to the client’s tastes, may be made within a period of 30 calendar days, from the delivery of the product. NO REFUNDS.
Changes or refunds for failures or damage not attributable to the customer, may be made up to 3 months after delivery of the product.
Any warranty claim, after the garment is used, will be analyzed by our quality department, which will respond within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the garment.

3) The following points will be a fundamental requisite for carrying out any change and / or refund:
You must present proof of purchase, without it; no exchange or refund will be made.
The product must come without use, with original labels and tags.
If the product has been used or tested, only the change or return will be made as long as the product has a fault or defect that is not attributable to the customer.
If the change or return is not for reasons of product failure, the cost to perform this process must be assumed by the CLIENT.
